General Procedures, Permit & License or Financing
Greeting.
Please follow the procedures if you intent to purchase, our procedures as simple as the following, or you might need assistant to finance your order. We are here to help.
Minimum order is:
12,500 metric tons( Twelve Thousand Five hundred metric tons) per ship. CIF or FOB at Buyer's choice.( some Sellers are only sell as F.O.B.)
- 1 - General Purchase Procedures
- 1- Buyer send us a formal Letter of Intent, along with clear copy import permit, a Proof of Fund, issued by a Prime Bank ( not older then one month), for the amount of not less then 20%-30 % of the entire Contract, Target price which Buyer wish to buy, quantity of order and port name.
- 2- Seller provides non-binding Soft Offer to buyer
3- Buyer provides ICPO with banking soft probe to seller
4- Seller provides Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to buyer.
5- Buyer signs FCO and returns to seller with BCL or bank statement within 5 Banking days.
6- Seller issues draft contract with full banking. Draft contract shall be signed by both parties and sent via fax or electronic message that will be deemed as original and valid.
7- Hard copies are exchanged and lodged with their respective banks
8) Buyer initiates banking procedures with his Bank, and sends SWIFT and hard copy of MT760 or SLC to the seller's bank (bank to bank).
9- Seller’s bank sends Proof of product (POP) to buyer’s bank.
10- Buyer's bank opens an DLC irrevocable, divisible, transferable, without restrictions, unencumbered, unconditional, irreversible, negotiable payable against shipment documents when the product is embarked in the Seller's un-loading port.- 11-Sellers posts 2% PB for the LC value to make LC operative.
- 12- Delivery and shipment commences as per contract.

- 2. Finance your order: if you wish to finance your order, we are here to help. we do working closely with many Prime Institutions, not limited to Governments and Prime Banks. They might able to provide loan against Bank Guarantee or on CD on selected Banks. Subject for individual project and amount of loan.
