Petroleum Products and Derivatives Now Available.

Directimports1.com currently represents primary producers and secondary allocation holders for some of the world’s most actively traded commodities.

In coordination with our global partners, we are pleased to announce the availability of the following petroleum products and their derivatives:

Procedures

Buyer issues Letter of Intent to buy, along with full disclosure:
Bank Capability letter showing capability to purchase at least one month's worth of product.
Proof of company Registration.
In the case of intermediaries, company records of the target buyer along with NCNDA+IMFPA.
Buyer company contact information, including phone, email and web address.

Seller issues FCO to the Buyer.

Buyer signs, seals and returns FCO along with ICPO.

Seller sends draft contract for review, buyer returns contract with comments.

Buyer and Seller sign the draft contract, and lodge with respective banks.

Within five banking days after receiving contract, buyer issues pre-advice financial instrument via SWIFT.

Within ten banking days after receiving pre-advice, seller issues POP to buyer's bank.

Within ten banking days after successful verification of POP, buyer's bank issues financial instrument.

Shipment commences.

Procedure: Buyer issues Letter to seller with tank storage info and location for Seller to verify . (portion of the product is in pipe and will be pumped into buyers tank for the remainder of lifts and rolls monthly) Seller sends commercial invoice full POP which includes tanks receipts, sgs reports, etc. with authorization dip. via swift message text and email to buyers bank. Buyer validates POP and signs and returns commercial invoice. Buyer immediately pays in full with MT103.

Resource is available. Soft quote offered after qualified LOI with banking (no soft probe) is presented. LOI can be addressed to End Sellers via Lloyds Trading Corp.
